From Panic to Peace: Shaun & Shannon’s October Wedding at the Bolton Conservation Club


It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since this beautiful October wedding at the Bolton Conservation Club! From the moment we stepped in during rehearsal day to help bring their vision to life, we could feel the love and care behind every detail they planned.


Sometimes, the best wedding stories come from unexpected turns — and Shaun and Shannon’s October wedding was one of those moments.


We were called in last minute to step in as their month-of coordinator when their original planner was no longer available. By the time rehearsal day arrived, stress levels were high and emotions were running strong. Shannon had poured her heart into planning every detail — she had all the pieces ready, she just needed help putting it all together.


That’s where we came in.


We started transforming the Bolton Conservation Club during rehearsal, stepping in with a professional eye and making adjustments where needed to bring her vision to life. From rearranging layouts to fine-tuning décor placement, we ensured everything flowed beautifully between the ceremony and reception spaces. We finished the setup on the morning of the wedding, making sure every last detail was perfect before guests arrived.


As the day unfolded, we watched the atmosphere shift completely. What began as panic turned into peace. Shannon and Shaun ( and family!) were able to breathe, smile, and fully soak in their wedding day knowing everything was taken care of.


Seeing that transformation — from worry to joy — is exactly why we do what we do. 💛


By the time the lights twinkled and the music filled the air, it was everything Shannon had envisioned and more. A day surrounded by love, laughter, and a little bit of autumn magic.
