We’re Daniel & Kayla Archer, the husband-and-wife duo behind Stellar Photography & Event Planning, LLC, a proud veteran-owned business serving Saratoga Springs, Albany, Glens Falls, and the greater Capital Region of New York.

"I cannot express how much of an absolute gem Kayla is. Our wedding went absolutely smoothly from start to finish thanks to her and Gabbie’s hard work and attentiveness. They worked with our venue/caterer, photo/video team, and DJ all day and as a result my now husband and I had a stress free, amazing day.


The month-of planning work took a huge weight off our shoulders and helped us better understand what to expect on the day. From helping with last minute decor setup, to getting into and bustling my dress, to getting the exact timing for our ceremony music, she was a pro, through and through. I cannot recommend their services enough.


Also highly recommend using their extra hours for setup or takedown if you are able to - the takedown service allowed us to end the night with all of our guests instead of worrying about getting everything packed up. Thank you so much Kayla and Gabbie!"

"We highly highly recommend Kayla at Stellar for your day of coordination! Our wedding day was incredibly smooth, no issues at all, and that was in large part due to all the amazing work Kayla and her team did. We hired Stellar Events about 6 weeks before the wedding for day of coordination after reaching out to a few companies and liking Stellar’s response time and how they addressed every question and concern we had about the wedding.


From there, Kayla was able to help with final walkthroughs, and prep calls, sharing tips, lists and advice and made sure we were absolutely ready for the wedding. She fully understood our vision and was willing to help out in any way she could.


On the day of, she did set up, break down, and was there the whole wedding, coordinating every vendor, making sure we were on time based on the timeline, and a million other tasks like buttoning my dress, getting tons of behinds the scenes content or grabbing us a drink when we were on the dance floor. My husband and I were truly able to enjoy every minute of the wedding day because we didn’t feel any stress at all- Kayla handled everything perfectly. Cant recommend her enough!!!!!!!"
