Beth & Ben’s Joyful, Personal Wedding at Brown’s Revolution Hall

Some weddings are elegant. Some are emotional. And some are simply bursting with personality from beginning to end. Beth and Ben’s wedding at Brown’s Revolution Hall was the perfect blend of heartfelt moments, playful details, and a room full of people who truly adore them.

From the start, Beth and Ben wanted a celebration that reflected their interests, their humor, and the community they’ve built together. The result was a wedding day that felt incredibly personal and unforgettable for everyone who attended.

A Ceremony That Left Everyone in Tears

The ceremony was one of those moments you wish you could bottle up forever. When it came time for Beth and Ben to read their vows, the emotion in the room was undeniable. Both of them were overcome with emotion as they spoke, pausing through happy tears to share the promises they had written for one another.

By the end, there truly wasn’t a dry eye in the room.

Moments like this are what weddings are really about — not just the celebration, but the vulnerability, love, and commitment shared in front of the people who matter most. We never take for granted being invited into such an important moment in a couple’s life. Standing in the room during the ceremony and witnessing that kind of love, vulnerability, and commitment is something that never loses its impact for us.

You can see how happy and confident Beth, Ben, and their wedding party are throughout the ceremony and reception. That kind of calm energy doesn’t happen by accident — it’s a testament to how important a rehearsal with a coordinator can be. When everyone knows where to stand, when to walk, and what to expect, the couple gets to stay present and simply enjoy the moment.

Creative Details That Reflected Their Hobbies

Beth and Ben infused their day with thoughtful details inspired by their hobbies and interests.

One of the most fun touches was a video game projector setup, where guests could play games together during the reception. It added a relaxed, interactive element that guests absolutely loved and made the evening feel even more like a gathering of friends.

Their guest book was also completely unique. Instead of a traditional book, each guest was assigned a trading card to sign and leave a message on. It was a creative way to collect memories and a perfect nod to the things Beth and Ben enjoy together.

They also included our Audio Guest Book rental phone, allowing guests to leave heartfelt (and sometimes hilarious) recorded messages for the couple to listen back to long after the wedding day. These audio messages become keepsakes couples can revisit for years to come.

A Bouquet Toss… With a Twist

Beth also put a fun spin on the traditional bouquet toss.

Instead of tossing flowers, she threw a cat plushy into the crowd. The guest who caught it had a special “challenge”: they had to adopt a cat.

The room erupted in laughter and cheers as the plush flew through the air. It was such a perfect representation of Beth and Ben’s playful personalities and love for animals.

A Wedding Party That Brought the Energy

Beth and Ben were surrounded by an incredible wedding party who showed up with so much love and excitement for them. From laughter-filled moments before the ceremony to dancing late into the night, their friends helped make the day even more special.

Guests also captured memories throughout the evening with Polaroid photos, creating candid snapshots of the celebration as it unfolded.

It was the kind of wedding where joy filled every corner of the room.

Why They Chose Month-Of Coordination

Beth and Ben had already done an incredible job planning their wedding. But like many couples, they realized that once the big day arrived, they didn’t want to be the ones managing timelines, answering vendor questions, or making sure everything stayed on schedule.

At first, Beth thought their wedding party could help with setup and decor — and in theory, that sounds great! But we gently reminded her: this is their day to celebrate too. Plus… let’s be honest, groomsmen and bow-tie tying don’t always mix. With our setup and takedown services, we handled everything from arranging décor to coordinating vendors, and even assisting with last-minute details like bustling the dress or timing ceremony music. That way, the wedding party could stay present, enjoy the day, and focus on celebrating the couple instead of stressing over logistics.

With Month-Of Coordination, our role was to step in during the final weeks to organize plans, finalize the timeline, confirm vendor details, and ensure the entire day flowed smoothly behind the scenes. Beth and Ben got to soak in every moment, knowing their celebration was in good hands.

Beth shared her experience perfectly: “I cannot express how much of an absolute gem Kayla is. Our wedding went absolutely smoothly from start to finish thanks to her and Gabbie’s hard work and attentiveness. They worked with our venue/caterer, photo/video team, and DJ all day and as a result my now husband and I had a stress free, amazing day. The month-of planning work took a huge weight off our shoulders and helped us better understand what to expect on the day. From helping with last minute decor setup, to getting into and bustling my dress, to getting the exact timing for our ceremony music, she was a pro, through and through. I cannot recommend their services enough. Also highly recommend using their extra hours for setup or takedown if you are able to — the takedown service allowed us to end the night with all of our guests instead of worrying about getting everything packed up. Thank you so much Kayla and Gabbie!”
